Michelle was the best and nicest front desk person I have ever met. She catered to all off our needs.she is a prime example of a perfect example of a front desk worker! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to friends and I will make this as my number one hotel to book when I come back !

My time at the Essex House was fantastic. Beauce, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate both me and my significant other. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning when I'm in town again.

This hotel is amazing from the rooms to the staff. This is my second stay there and both times they did not disappoint. the rooms are clean and modern with beautiful art work. It walking distance to the beach was well as the shopping district and restaurants. As the sister hotel to The Clevelander you have access to The Clevelander pool and beach chairs as well as complementary drinks. Last but not least the staff is WONDERFUL. Especially Beauce, he was so warm and friendly. He was so helpful with our bags and any issues we had. He also gave amazing recommendations for places to see and eat. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and room was clean, comfortable and had an awesome view. Great location as well! The amenities were wonderful. The decorations in the room were to die for. The window being able to open to the Miami strip was awesome as well.

We stayed at the Essex house a a few days ago and we loved our stay. Everything was perfect, Michelle was very kind to us and all the staff are very friendly and ready to help. The location is perfect, we had access to bikes, beach towels and beach chairs. I will definitely stay again. Excellent experience!
